The GREEN-HET Consortium is proud to announce that the official GREEN-HET project web portal will be launched during the international Project Kick-Off Meeting to be held on the 10th of November 2026.
Bringing together delegates and senior representatives from all eight partner universities across Sri Lanka and Europe, along with nine national associated industry and public sector institutions, the kick-off meeting signifies the formal commencement of this landmark Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) initiative.
A Flagship Event for Sri Lanka's Green Transition
The Project Kick-Off Meeting serves as the primary milestone for establishing operational structures, inaugurating the Project Steering Committee (PSC), and setting into motion the work plan for Sri Lanka's first European-benchmarked National Joint Master's Degree in Hydrogen-Enabling Technologies.
Key highlights of the Kick-Off event on 10th November 2026 include Official Web Portal Unveiling. Public presentation of the project portal, developed under Work Package 4 (Dissemination & Sustainability) by the University of Peradeniya, providing transparent access to project milestones, curriculum frameworks, and publications.
